We have coordinated with the Florida Community of Mindfulness in Tampa, to funnel our donations to their disaster relief fund. Over the coming weeks, the Florida Community of Mindfulness will research and understand the needs of the underserved and the groups that are most effective in helping them. They will then disperse those funds to those groups. Through this process our joint communities will develop meaningful relations with other groups involved in compassionate care of those who suffer in Florida.
We will collect funds through the end of October via the Tallahassee Chan Center, found below. For those of you in Tallahassee, on Saturday October 29th, the Tallahassee Chan Center will watch the Florida Community of Mindfulness fundraising concert from 7:30pm – 9:00pm and collect checks and funds for this effort there, as well.

Starting Saturday, we will hold an online auction that opens on Saturday October 29th at 5:00pm ET and closes on Sunday October 30th at 5:00pm for three original pieces of GuoGu’s calligraphy.
