Relax, Focus, and Reduce Stress
A systematic and comprehensive introduction to the practice of meditation. Practitioners of all levels can benefit from this two-part course. Students learn the conditions, methods, postures, self-massage, and stages of practice, as well as other supporting techniques to regulate the body, mind, and spirit.

The course is offered in person only.
Sunday April 16 and Sunday April 23 from 2-5:00pm.
*There is a suggested donation of $70 to cover both classes, but we do not want money to ever be an issue for people to begin and commit to meditation. We ask you to donate what you can afford. If you cannot donate as money is an obstacle, please let us know.
