The Afghan refugee emergency evacuation has created an unprecedented situation, with dozens of families landing in Tallahassee. A coalition of groups in Tallahassee (including the Tallahassee Chan Center) are partnering with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) to address this need.
We will be collecting the following items at the Tallahassee Chan Center (1310 N Paul Russell Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32301) on these dates/times: Thursday March 3, Monday March 7, and Tuesday March 8 from 7:00pm-7:30pm ET. Please drop them off in a specially marked place in the Chan Library (next to the foyer) if you wish to donate.
