Guo Gu led a Silent Illumination 5-day retreat August 29 through September 2, 2019 over the labor day weekend. 25 participants learned the Silent Illumination method and various techniques to enter this practice. Retreatants came from Chicago, New York, California, and Atlanta to practice together.
