Talk 2
During this interactive talk, Guo Gu will explore various expedient means to incorporate Silent Illumination into their existing seated meditation practice and discover how to integrate the essence of Silent Illumination into their daily lives. Guo Gu will draw inspiration from the writings of Chan master Hongzhi Zhengjue (1091–1157), whose seminal texts provide profound insights into the practice.
