About this class
We offer basic meditation instructions on the first Thursday of each month. These sessions cover fundamental postures and methods of practice. While not a substitute for the more in-depth Beginner’s Meditation Workshop, they provide a good starting point for anyone new to meditation.
No registration is required. Just come to the Chan Center on the first Thursday of the month.
