• 1st and 3rd Mondays: Start with a 30-minute meditation followed by an insightful Dharma Talk with GuoGu.
• Other Mondays we will offer periods of guided seated meditation, punctuated by a period of either walking meditation or mindful yoga.
• Last Monday of the month: After meditation, join us for a social gathering to connect and celebrate sangha birthdays. Bring a vegetarian dish!
