Weekly Sits
Monday Night Meditation, 6:30pm-8pm
November 11 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- 1st and 3rd Mondays: Start with a 30-minute meditation followed by an insightful Dharma Talk with GuoGu.
- Other Mondays we will offer periods of guided seated meditation, punctuated by a period of either walking meditation or mindful yoga.
- Last Monday of the month: After meditation, join us for a social gathering to connect and celebrate sangha birthdays. Bring a vegetarian dish!
