Fran Berry, retired professor of management, will give a talk on using Buddhist principles and wisdom from the sutras on how to manage people and organizations. Fran was given exclusive access to Master Sheng Yen’s management teachings in English, and she presents summaries of the key points, including comparing them to current Servant Leadership and Transformational Leadership western theories. These rich teachings are applicable for people at any level of organizations who interact with staff and external stakeholders.
