A longtime teacher in the Chinese Chan tradition and senior student of Master Sheng Yen, Guo Gu will reflect on the living continuity of Buddhist practice across cultures and lineages. Drawing from the history of Chan in China, he will explore core Buddhist principles that support practice in times of uncertainty and upheaval and the unfolding of clarity, compassion, and freedom: qualities that remain vital no matter the conditions we face.
