The Chan Liturgy series continues! GuoGu will continue with the Four Great Vows. A new series on Chan meditation methods will follow next year. Here is the PDF link to the retreat liturgy.

Join us in person or online—all are welcome!

1. Other Mondays we will offer periods of guided seated meditation, punctuated by a period of either walking meditation or mindful yoga.
2. Last Monday of the month: After meditation, join us for a social gathering to connect and celebrate sangha birthdays. Bring a vegetarian dish!
